Make sure your spam filter is not filtering out SmartStop emails and placing them in your spam folder.  Add:
-reports@smartstops.net
-support@smartstops.net
-alerts@smartstops.net
to the approved list in your email settings.
Also check your SmartStops profile to ensure we have your correct email. If you are still not receiving your SmartStop emails, contact support@smartstops.net.
