Sometimes a user can get confused when they go to their My Portfolio page when they have several portfolios set up. If the “ADD TO PORTFOLIO” button is greyed out (as if active it would be a green button), that means you have multiple portfolios set up. And you need to first select the specific portfolio you want to add the symbol into , and then that portfolio will be displayed and the ADD button will become green. With a selected portfolio, and a Green Add to Portfolio button, you just type in the symbol and click on the button. Your page will automatically refresh and show you the symbol you have added.

If perhaps you set up a portfolio and now want to get rid of it, again you must have selected a specific portfolio in order for the Delete Portfolio (from the Setup tab) to become highlighted and active. See instructions below.
